Aim of course
The objectives of the course of Production Management & Maintenancereferred to the desired and expected results of the students. The students will be able to:
- develop a clear picture of the problems of the organization and be able to recognize these problems and their importance
- acquire the necessary theoretical training on the most basic tools and methods to address the problems of the Organization and Production Management
- Successfully complete the course, select and use correct methods and tools of Production Management, as methods of planning and production control and capacity., MRP, MRPII, JIT, methods of material management, logistics etc.
